Meet Our Team
Gary – President, Owner
Gary Fialkosky began the business that bears his name in 1999 after several years’ experience in the irrigation field. The business has steadily grown to an operation that serves customers in over fifty cities and towns in Massachusetts. Despite the company growth, Gary has a hands-on approach and an unsurpassed work ethic. He is frequently called upon to offer expertise in his field. Gary is a member of the New England Sports Turf Manager’s Association, and is an affiliate member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of New England. He and his technicians are OSHA certified, and beyond irrigation he enjoys plowing snow. In his free time, Gary enjoys being out on his boat and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Fredy – Foreman
Fredy has been working for Gary for over 20 years. He has grown up in the business (Gary even taught him to drive), and he is now trusted with the most challenging projects. Fredy is a spot-on diagnostician, and has received many accolades from our customers. Fredy never misses work except to attend his daughter’s violin concerts, and in his free time he enjoys his family and fishing. He is a die-hard NE Revolution fan when he isn’t cheering on the NE Patriots!
Norvin
Norvin joined our team almost 13 years ago, and not only do we appreciate his skills as an irrigation technician, but we also love his mechanical skills in the garage. Norvin is proud that he recently became a U.S. citizen, and he, his wife and two children, ages 8 and 11, live in the suburbs. Like Fredy, he loves to follow soccer, and he is quick to proclaim his love for the Boston Red Sox.
Efrain (Papa)
Efrain the father never fails to have a smile on his face, and his hard work does not go unnoticed. He is quiet and respectful while on the job, and he is the favorite co-worker to all those in the field. He treats the company’s equipment as his own, and his attention to detail is a positive trait from which our customers benefit.
Efrain (Junior)
Junior (Efrain the son) is in his 6th season with us, and he is working his way through college despite dedicating long hours as our star residential technician. Our customers love Junior’s polite manner, and he has mastered our irrigation software program like no other!
